Payment is due at checkout by credit card, debit card or by PayPal.
Once you make the purchase you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, at most, the next business day after placing your order. In case you do not receive the confirmation email within that period, please send us a message to the following email address: firstname.lastname@example.org
Due to current Covid breakout deliveries may take longer than usual.
All orders will ship between 4-7 business days unless otherwise stated on the listing.
“Pre-Order” or “Made to order” items will ship on the dates or time frames stated on each listing.
Depending on the shipping address, orders will ship out from USA by USPS or from Peru by Serpost (National Postal Service).
International delivery times usually vary between 15 to 20 working days from the date of shipment, and may vary between depending on each countries customs procecess.
Customs fees imposed by each country are not included in the price and customers are responsible for any customs charges that may occur.
You’ll be provided with an international tracking number so you can check the status of your package.
Returns & Exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations within 4 hours of purchase.
I gladly accept returns when items have arrived broken or damaged. The return must be solicited within 7 days of delivery and must be shipped back within 2 weeks. If requested I will arrange for new items to be shipped out in replacement.
I don’t accept returns or cancelations on digital downloads, custom orders, or items for sale.
Can I learn a new technique with your kits?
Kits are not courses, although they include instructions manual, they do not teach how to do the techniques. If you are new to latch hooking, locker hooking or embroidery, please refer to my online courses!
Can I use Living Fibers designs to create products and sell them?
I ask that you please do not sell my patterns, kits, or any products made from my designs for personal gain.
Do you sell your products on other stores?
At the moment I only sell my products through this website, but will be including new vendors in different countries soon.
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Living Fibers only sells items in perfect condition. However, if you receive your product with any imperfection, we ask you to contact us and we will solve the problem in the shortest time possible.
What should I do if an incorrect product arrives?
If on any occasion, by mistake, you receive a product that you have not purchased, we ask you to contact us and we will solve the problem in the shortest possible time.
Can the city of delivery be different from the city of purchase?
